Denmark Day 6 - Rain, the Wood Shop and the Chocco Loubge

John, Betty and I gave Mick a day of rest, and we set off to explore together. We went first to the South Coast Wood Works Gallery, A smashing place with loads of stuff that I would love to take home, but it is a long way to carry anything! really worth a look though....

Managed to find a couple of small things to bring home, so left very happy.

Then we went further into the Torbay area to see if the glass studio was open, but unfortunately it wasn't, and it started to rain heavily too (oh no, it's turning into the UK!!!). Here's the link to the studio if you want to take a look...

So, back towards home, via the bottle shop of course! Called into a 'small' one pin Denmark and managed to get a couple of bottles of Pemberton wine at very reasonable cost. And they are not a bad drop either....

And finally, to round off the afternoon we called into the Chocco Lounge, a very posh chocolate emporium. Sadly we met an Australian woman who was obviously having a very bad day who managed to include us onto her hate list for the day, but the cloud lifted after she left and we each had a luxury hot chocolate. It was a lot more than we would usually pay, but if you ever get down this way I would make a long detour to try!

All in all another smashing day!!!
